I have personally experienced this month how commenting can benefit a blogger - because I have not been commenting as much as in my previous month, and traffic as well as participation from other bloggers on my blog has slowed down. This was partly due to my working on other projects and I had to make a compromise in terms of priorities. Hopefully next month will see me back in full swing. :) Good post and compilation, Heather! It is hard, like you say on days when we are so busy that we really could do with putting our feet up instead of commenting and interacting with our readers.
