oh wow it’s a year later. I forgot where I had posted my comment! Yes, bad day must have been what 123print had that day. I feel it’s a chance we take ordering online. I’ve used check printing and another business card printing service, both gave previews. One order didn’t even go through; another missed a line completely … it always seems like “take my chances”. As far as 123print’s business cards, we love the look of their cards. We have reordered twice since they took care of the initial mixup on our end. Everyone who sees the cards comments on their design. Their price, quantity, design works well for us. I haven’t used any of their other products. The delivery took just under two weeks, each time. I didn’t expect them to get here lightning quick the way the mail is nowadays; you have to pay for specific fast shipping to get it in less time. I spoke to a human on the phone first call; that helped a lot with the first mixup. That and their correcting the order brought me back. With any company I purchase from, I try to assert my consumer right to satisfaction; return and/or complain. If they want my business, they will make ammends. I feel 123print did that. I hope I won’t be back here commenting otherwise. lol.

123Print is TRASH! They took over 10 days to deliver my order of business labels, and when I got them, I started putting all of them on my business products… and now i see that they missed a letter! What morons! I sat there and triple checked to make sure that It was spelled right. 4 People looked at it and I took a screen shot of it so I can match it. Sure enough, the screen shot I took on my computer before I clicked accept was correct and now all of my business products have the wrong contact information. I would NEVER use these people again. Try using someone more local or maybe a different corporation who offers a preview of your work after they have received it.

P.S. Their labels do not come off for anything! If you put it on something and try to take it off… you will have A LOT of white tape glue and ripped paper.
