I don’t mean to be an ass, but none of those are very funny.

c’mon aaa… these are factual, not picked out for their humor. I’m an old USA tour bus driver, visiting usual Canada tourist vistas every year for nearly 30 years, and I can tell you that I myself have been asked those same dumb questions repeatedly, including a young woman who wanted to know how they get “that stuff” out of a Moose and into a can so she can use it on her hair. But it’s not just about Canada… while passing through Arizona, I was asked by more than one person (US citizens supposedly) where Arizona was. Even up here in northern California, I overheard two high-school-age girls (with iPods blaring) talking–one says her Mom wants to move to Arizona. Other says, “where’s that?” -”Oh, down by L.A., I think”
Some people just go through life without paying any attention to the things around them!

I found those bloody hilarious. “Are there birds in Canada?” “So it’s eight kilometres…is that in miles?” Priceless.

I love your page the tourist comments are very similar to the ones we get in Australia ie How do the Koalas know to cross the road at the signs

Everywhere you go, especially in tourist country, the locals love to make fun of visitors. Take anybody out of their normal context and they’ll ask dumb questions. So what?

Hahaha I won’t be surprised if I asked similar questions myself - I can be quite silly
